Additional 2017 Stamps Announced

WASHINGTON — The Postal Service today announced more stamps to be issued in 2017. Postal Service Director, Stamp Services. Art director Derry Noyes designed the stamps. National Returns Day: Online Holiday Shopping Drives Record Returns
